We are looking for a Portfolio Specialist to take part in Sisecam Headquarters - Flat Glass DCA/Mirror/Laminated Glass Management located in Tuzla / Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Deep understanding of ERP, CRM and other reporting tools & softwares (e.g. SAP modules, Salesforce)
  • Have an understanding of emerging technologies in the context of sales and marketing (e.g. CPQ)
  • Experienced in using with CPM (Corporate Performance Management) analytics tool
  • Basic understanding of using with digital marketing analytics and ROI measurement softwares (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Basic understanding of in using with PLM (Product Life-Cycle Management) software
  • Good command of English
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills and a good team player
  • No restrictions to travel in and abroad

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identifying customer segments and defining offering and customer value proposition of the product for each segment
  • Analyzing the performance of the products to optimize number of SKUs in the portfolio
  • Assisting in supporting the regions in capacity allocation decisions by conducting what-if scenario analysis
  • Supporting the direct reports in owning the product portfolio and is responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction of the products
  • Assisting in acting as an expert on the product group/category, going to market, combining all market insights including the competitor, market trend and portfolio information to develop and optimizing the product group/category growth & innovation strategy
  • Assisting Marketing Communications on all kinds of marcom content & activities/actions such as branding, promotions, events, activities through detailed & guidance & brief -and hands on .... if necessary- to develop, maintain and secure value proposition of brand/product group in the market
  • Providing input to Manager/Chief for him/her to create daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analytics and providing support in the maintenance of these reports
  • Escalating any issues to direct supervisors in a timely manner and assisting in discussions and solution finding process
