QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To be employed in an Industrial Company, producing parts for the automotive sector where the quality standards are at the highest level, generating its whole revenue with exports to Europe and Americas, whereas its customers consist of the world's leading automotive industry companies, having a rapidly growing organization of 800+ people, continuously investing in advanced technology in line with its target of being the sector leader that considers human resources as its most valuable asset and sets their development as the priority;

• At least 5 years of sales experience in the Automotive Sector or Automotive Supply Industry (preferably in a German Company),

• Graduates of business, economics or preferably engineering departments of universities (German Universities are preferred),

• Worked as a Sales Representative in the automotive sector, preferably with sales experience in casting and machining,

• Very good command of English (preferable 2. foreign language: German),

• Experienced in profitability analysis and feasibility,

• Strong organization and planning skills,

• Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team,

• Ability to take the leadership role in busy and sometimes stressful environments,

• Easily adapting to rapidly changing conditions,

• Capable of quick decision making, developing practical solutions and analytical thinking,

• Will work under the Business Development Director,

• Graduated from the Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering Departments of universities,

• 30 - 35 years of age, with minimum 5 years of automotive work experience
