QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an opportunity to work with the fastest-growing logistics start-up in Turkey that was incepted in 2016 in UAE followed by forays in KSA in 2018, Egypt in 2020, Pakistan in 2021 and now expanding aggressively across the Middle East, North Africa, and the wider region.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales function and help us continue to enlarge the business in terms of sales & process management and clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  • Follow-up on KPI reports and achieve sales targets
  • Support the sales activities and enlarge the business
  • Manage the quotation process including pricing
  • Increase Revenue at all opportunities
  • Build close relationships with key customers
  • Follow-up on potential business opportunities
  • Solve the customer's problems and create alternative solutions

Requirements :

  • Preferably bachelor’s degree in Logistics
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Result-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Having own customer portfolio
  • Having export and import sales experience in international land transportationmin8 years, preferably in forwarding companies
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Strong customer-oriented attitude and result oriented
  • Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to details
