Loyalty Projects Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the loyalty and rewards team the main objective of which is to help to enhance the ecosystem of rich product collections and e-commerce with Biggloyalty’s own proprietary IT technologies.

Qualifications:

  • University degree (preferably from Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management or Business Administration departments),
  • 5+ experience in a similar managerial role,
  • Excellent command of English,
  • E-Commerce know-how and experience is a plus,
  • Key Account Management is a plus,
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment,
  • Analytical, attentive and result/deadline-oriented,
  • Excellent planning and organization skills,
  • Excellent understanding of project documentation,
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs,
  • Completed military service for male candidates.


Responsibilities:

  • To manage his/ her team operate loyalty projects in accordance with the Key Accounts‘ requirements and signed contracts,
  • To be constantly in touch with both his/ her own team members and the Key Accounts for operating and maintaining loyalty projects,
  • To provide information to corporate customers about the progress of the program,
  • To be responsible for web/ mobile-based sales campaigns along with his/ her team and relevant departments,
  • To be constantly in touch with the call center team concerning the statuses of deliveries and reporting,
  • To be in coordination with Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales and Reward and Portal Management teams for campaign Management,
  • To be responsible for all reportings delivered to the Key Accounts.
