We are looking for a ‘Project Manager’’ for a Digital Financial Services company in Istanbul plant.
- 2-5 years of Project Management & Partner Onboarding or related experience.
- Experience using project tracking tools
- Excellent writing, verbal, and leadership skills.
- Change management skills
- Experience on partner onboarding projects, partner relationships management and 3.party management
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
- Willingness to travel
- PMP and/or Agile certification is a plus
- CryptoCurrency, BlockChain and Financial Services knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Leading program, projects and managed services delivered by Ofinans by applying project management methodologies and/or agile processes
- Fostering excellent cross functional communications and integrating the work of multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectivest
- Preparing integrated project plans, assessing and managing risks, driving and verifying the progress
- Taking responsibility for the output, managing all the aspects (including financials and budget) of the project
- Implementing and following communication plans, presenting the project or service status at executive levels
