QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As a part of our Legal team, you’ll help uphold Mavi’s ethical and corporate standards. You’ll be challenged to apply your deep legal expertise to all aspects of the law.

What are we looking for:

· A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a law firm, or practicing as in-house counsel for a retail or international comapany,

· Experienced in IT, Corporate, Commercial, Real Estate, Labor law, and Consumer law,

· Ability to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications,

· Excellent ability to analyze problems and come up with practical, workable solutions,

· Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, good judgment, enthusiasm, and interpersonal skills,

· Must have the ability to manage a variety of time-sensitive demands;

· Highly motivated, prone to teamwork, responsible and careful,

· Excellent English language skills is must and essential, German language is a great asset.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide legal support for the full scope of operations and businesses where Mavi operates,

· To ensure that all kinds of legal documents are prepared and arranged in a timely and complete manner,

· Review contracts and other legal documents,

· To support the coordination and harmony between the lawyers who contractually support the company abroad,

· To communicate with authorized law firms about cases related to abroad,

· To defend the rights of Mavi company and company officials in judicial and administrative authorities in cases of disputes and incompatibilities with Mavi and company officials and other person institutions and organizations,

· To provide opinion to relevant business units on labor law and to prepare relevant documents in accordance with labor law, upon request,

· To follow up all kinds of lawsuits and execution proceedings in favor and against the company from the headquarters or from the location when necessary,

· To provide legal opinions about the laws and regulations that the company is subject to.
