Bachelor degree in Engineering
Fluent in English/Turkish
Strong business acumen for effectively managing the costs and revenues. Anticipating market and client opportunities and responding appropriately.
Excellent team leader and partner with agile mindset.
Self -managing and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
A demonstrated ability to define a long-term plan and translate through to excellent execution.
Effective in building customer relations.

Superb written and verbal communication skills.

  • Report OTIF (on time-in full) key metrics to provide customer satisfaction and deliver TAG targets by succeed both OTC (on time collection) and on time delivery.
  • Provide data tracking of daily planning and executions of 150M loads from 6 plant warehouses , 5 overflow and 6 copacking warehouses, 5 coman plants to achieve high service and low cost performance within the target.
  • Serving to all sales channels (TT,OT,AFH) and ensure the high service by prioritizate the customer requirements.
  • Follow the seasonal transportation requirements to secure service as considering GTM/customer needs.
  • Management of 3PL operations and closely tracking/tracing 3PL KPIs to sustain the supplier performance.
  • Report and improve the transportation proces in line with transportation AOP.
  • Ensure the necessary reports are issued to Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams within a timely manner
  • Create and manage transportation productivity projects to support productivity agenda (8% of total budget).
  • Take an active role in common projects that are carried out in conjunction with the supply chain and commercial teams (VMI, PGT, eWM, IBP, Donation and etc.)
  • Evaluate and review the organizations' transportation process, updating and developing process documentation, streamlining opportunities, and eliminating the non-value added services.
  • Deliver continuous performance improvement through identification, support and leadership of projects, driving improvements in efficiency and other KPIs
  • Drive transportation digitalization agenda with increasing efficiency and encourage the team investing the automation/digitalization projects.
  • Take an active role in and support the sustainability and pep+ agenda.
  • Provide the necessary cooperation to act as a superuser for gTMS and solve problems.
