QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from Law Faculties of Universities (preferably with a master's degree)
- Worked in the legal department of international companies for 3-5 years,
- Experienced in litigation and consultancy (especially in Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Labor Law and CMB legislation)
- Experienced in contract law,
- Strong communication skills,
- Proficient in professional English (French is preferred)
- Able to use MS Office programs effectively.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Providing in-house legal support to other departments,
- Following-up of the cases outsourced to Law Offices,
- Working in coordination with all departments, providing legal support in the preparation and negotiation processes of contracts,
- Keeping up with current changes on relevant areas of laws.
