QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for a “Legal Affairs Associate” to be located in our HQ Altunizade. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

  • Following-up the legal processes.
  • Providing guidance and advise on corporate and commercial issues, conducting research and drafting memos into a variety of legal topics.
  • Drafting, reviewing and archiving all types of contracts.
  • Working in close collaboration with outside counsels to monitor and follow-up the litigations.
  • Identifying legal issues; assessing and calculating risk as per different business scenarios and offering legal solutions to multifunctional teams with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Actively participating in improving processes and client services with the relevant business departments.
  • Preparing monthly litigation reports.
  • Regularly informing the managers on changes in legislation and their legal consequences.


Qualifications

  • University degree in Law.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a reputable law firm or at a multinational company.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications.
  • Strong teamwork, analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with strict deadlines.
  • Specific experience especially in Enforcement Law, Labor Law, Corporate & Commercial Law, Competition Law and Data Protection Law.
  • Military services completed (for the male candidates).
