We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Logistics Customer Relationship and Operations Responsible.

- Holding customer value as first priority, ensuring logistics KPIs are at benchmark levels consistently.
- Being the key player in orchestrating customer requirements and service provider capabilities on a daily basis.
- Keeping track of daily output requirements and holding service providers accountable for fulfilling contractual obligations.
- Providing on-the-spot solutions for resolving logistical problems.
- Driving automation and technology to provide transparent, real-time data to internal and external customers.
- Being a mentor to part-time students, fostering a growth environment for the future of the team.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Relevant university degree i.e. Business Administration, Supply-Chain, Information Technology or similar
- 4 years of experience in a high-tempo commercial environment preferably in supply-chain or customer front-end roles.
- Prior 3PL experience in KAM or operations roles beneficial.
- Understanding of logistical concepts such as warehousing, transportation and related optimization methods.
- Ability to demonstrate conceptual understanding and practical thinking to construct/implement logistics business models.
- Ability to demonstrate acute problem solving skills.
- Proven track-record in analytical thinking.
- Personal skill set to display tailored communication for each business setting i.e. solution-oriented to customers, resolute to contractors.
- High energy and success-driven internal motivation.
- Thirst for knowledge.
- Fluent in English, German beneficial.
