DEPARTMENT & ROLE

We are looking for a Logistics Director to work with within the Logistics Operation department in our Yenibosna Turkey office. If you are interested in being a part of our international luxury goods company, apply now!


So, what kind of teammate are we looking for in this position?

  • If you graduated relevant undergraduate departments of universities preferably engineering,

  • If you have a good command of written and spoken in English,

  • If you have at least 10-12 years of experience in the field of logistics,

  • If you have experience in warehouse & warehouse systems ,

  • If you have experience in team management as well as effective communication skills,

  • If you can make effective planning and task distribution by determining priorities,

  • If you are solution-oriented,

  • If you have analytical thinking skills and the ability to negotiate effectively,

What will you do in this position?

  • Managing e-commerce logistics operations and implementing sustainable development plans,

  • Ensuring communication and coordination with logistics companies,

  • Ensuring the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly logistics business tracking reports and sharing them with senior management,

  • Closely monitoring the Sundays and countries under responsibility,

  • Managing supplier development processes and International Cargo Contract processes,

  • Carrying out studies to reduce logistics costs and to implement,

  • Following daily business processes and creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture,

  • Being responsible for the import and export logistics activities of our group,

  • Conducting cost analysis of logistics processes and reporting,

  • Providing system and process improvement within the need by taking into account sectoral differences,

  • Contributing to the continuously developing structure of the department,

  • Planning and implementing sustainability activities in line with the company and department objectives,
