QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Bachelor's Degree; preferably, Industrial Engineering or Logistics
Minimum 3 years of experience on import & export operations preferably in a multinational environment;
Good command of verbal and written English;
Ability to use ERP and MS Office applications: e.g. Word, Excel (professional level ), Power Point;
Team player with high level of energy and enthusiasm;
Keen attention to details and accuracy;
Strong analytical and proactive problem solving skills, result oriented;
No military obligation for male candidates.

1. Supply Chain Management |
Required communication channel with suppliers |
Receiving PO from material planning responsible |
Material Delivery Control |
Communication with forwarder ( truck, ocean, air ) |
Pick Up Control |
Transportation and lead time control |
All kind of required documentation and procedure actions |
Legal issues and revised law check |
2. Customs Operations |
GTIP control and reporting to MP&L leader |
Required GTIP output analysis and reporting |
Customs Clearance policy check with Custom Broker and control forwarder for right operation |
All kind of required documentation and procedure actions control till Customs Clearance actions, control till Customs Clearance operations finish Follow up & Control the requirements of AEO |

Land Transportation Report |
Shipment Performance Report |
Cash flow report |
FTA, ATR benefits report |
Premium freight report |
4. Process Control |
Supplier invoice and other documents control for related items |
Back order control |
Follow up invoices and comparison of actual shipments |
Check ATR Files, FTA documentations etc. |
Response to delivery requests from other departments by controlling Shipment Request Form |
Legal requirements supply for related certificates (Warranty Cer., CE Cer. etc. ) |

Checking accuracy of freight invoices and all other invoices in import files |
