- What You Will Do
- To make daily controls of the warehouses, to identify the improvement areas and to ensure that the necessary actions are taken to complete them
- To track and ensure that products are stored in proper packaging, labelling, under safe & proper conditions, taking optimum space in WH. Highlight risks defined and track until it solved
- To ensure that the products are shipped in proper pack, correct labelling with optimum routing.
- To lead cycle counts and year-end counts in all warehouses
- To lead disposal processes of obsolete products
- To improve the newly established FG barcode system in Plant and make it sustainable
- To create new projects that will increase efficiency in the warehouse, to follow new technologies and to come up with applicable solutions
- Maintain ERP master data
- Measure and monitor Logistics and Supply Chain KPI’s, lead gap analysis and action planning with proper PDCA
- Manage logistics supplier relationship and track supplier KPIs
- Track logistics costs and come up with optimization studies
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ of relevant work experience in logistics
- Good command of MS Office programs
- Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills
- Good command of VBA Macro for excel automation
- Other coding experience is a plus (python, power BI, C, etc)
- Previous experience or familiarity with ERP is a plus
- Good understanding of supply chain processes is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and planning skills,
- Great interpersonal skills,
- Motivated, self-starting, individual contributor
- Well-developed motivational and leadership skills,
- Good command of English communication skill both verbal and written.
