QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Mathematical Engineering, Industry Engineering and etc.,
•Minimum Upper Intermediate level at English is a must (both writing and speaking)
•Proficient in using MS Office applications (Outlook and Excel must)
•High customer focus and teamwork spirit
•Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues
•No military obligation for male candidates
Job Description:
•Giving allocations to customers in order to ensure fair share distribution and to ship in-line with category priorities.
•Managing supply allocation during short/long term supply constraints, promotional allocation during mixed case, bundle packs and limited addition launches and financial allocation during price up/down and total price reduction when the volume is limited with financial constraints.
•Coordinating relations between Europe Planning Service Center ,Category Operation Manager, Planning Leaders and Customer Representatives.
•Preparing stock reports which are tracking daily supply availabilities
•Approving daily allocation amount customers’ needs according to priorities and checking stock levels/status to give extra amount.
•Following up the improvement gaps of operation performance via KPIs
