We are looking for a “Planning Specialist” to join our Eren Retail Converse Team.
As a planning specialist at Converse Turkey, you will design a successful brand & communication strategy & execution plan inline with the company goals, by assisting a Planning Group Manager.
In this job, you will follow the consumer needs & attributes, competition, market dynamics and set the brand strategy & execution plan according to these metrics in footwear category.
Job Description
- Preparing seasonal budget and purchasing
- Preparing seasonal orders according to budget
- Benefit cost and retail price management
- Reaching to target lead times
- Preparation of reports for overseas markets
- Analyzing of customer needs and market needs
- Seasonal sales analyzing reports
- Working on potential collaborations with celebrities for the relevant campaigns
Qualifications
- University degree in preferably in engineering, statistics or business administration
- Preferably 2 - 3 years of experience in footwear category
- Extensive knowledge of the sports category and marketplace
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication sklls in both English and Turkish
- Proactive and self-disciplined
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Be a good team player
- Passionate about sport culture
- Reporting skills as a must
