QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our company operates in the Automotive Industry sector; we are looking for a colleague to work as a Planning and Warehouse Responsible.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To develop the logistics organization in order to fully comply with the customer delivery programs according to the production plans and programs and to ensure that it becomes the most efficient,
- To ensure that production plans and programs are prepared by taking into account customer demands and stocks,
- Organizing a weekly planning meeting, ensuring the participation of relevant units and people,
- Opening or following up work orders according to the weekly production schedule,
- To monitor that the production quantities are made according to the planning on a weekly basis,
- To manage the flow of finished products and materials, to organize material entries and distribution, to organize and manage finished product packaging, stock and shipment processes,
- Taking part in development projects related to planning, production systems and stock management,
- To follow planning indicators and develop action plans,
- To determine packaging, packaging rules in line with customer requests, to ensure their implementation,
- To plan and execute warehouse counts regularly at determined and required time intervals (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly..). To support the relevant units in the general counting processes,
- To carry out development projects related to warehouse layout, effective stock management and material flow,
- To monitor and analyze stock indicators and to develop and publish action plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial),
- Good level of English both verbal & written, French would be a plus,
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and be able to autonomous,
- Result oriented personality with planning, reporting and analytical skills,
- Residing on the Anatolian side,
- Have no travel restrictions,
- No military service restriction for male candidates.
