QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist (for our Tuzla Plant) to help us keep growing and to be responsible for the oversight of the life cycle of products, including preparation, shipping and receiving in our Kemerburgaz Warehouse. With this role, ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- To make daily controls of the warehouses, to identify the improvement areas and to ensure that the necessary actions are taken to complete them,
- To complete cyclic counts and year-end counts in the warehouses,
- To improve the newly established barcode system and make it sustainable,
- To ensure a timely and complete supply of the materials required for production and shipment,
- To create new projects that will increase efficiency in the warehouse to follow new technologies and to come up with applicable solutions,
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from logistics department or equivalent,
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in warehouse, logistics, preferably in the chemicals industry,
- Good command of MS Office programs,
- Outstanding organizational and planning skills,
- Great interpersonal skills,
- Well-developed motivational and leadership skills,
- Previous experience or familiarity with ERP,
- Good command of English communication skill both verbal and written,
