We are looking for "Logistics Team Leader" our plant based in Gölcük/Kocaeli
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Faculty of Engineering or related departments,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive industry,
- Good level of written and verbal English,
- Good command of MS Office and SAP,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Strong analytical & reporting skills,
- Technical equipment knowledge in Warehouse & Logistics,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
Job Description
- To manage and control material entries and distribution, stock and shipment processes,
- To ensure that production plans and programs are prepared by taking into account customer demands and stocks,
- To plan and execute warehouse counts regularly at determined and required time intervals (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly..)
- To carry out development projects related to warehouse layout, effective stock management and material flow,
- To monitor and analyze stock indicators and to develop and publish action plans,
- To ensure all activities performed in warehouse are in line with required HES standards,
- To lead the logistics team in the warehouse and setting targets,
- To perform regular refreshment trainings about warehouse procedures for warehouse operators and keeping training data updated,
- To improve logistics performans with related departments,
