Roles and Responsibilities
Planning, executing; and monitoring logistics activities across the countries where Alchemlife is operating
Establishing and managing relations with contracted warehouses, carriers, customs brokers, contract manufacturing suppliers
Developing new projects to improve logistics processes, analyzing and reporting processes to improve financial and operational performance
Coordinate the supply chain activities by taking care of the optimization of flows and optimizing the countries stock level (where Alchemlife is operating) with the internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate the Demand Planning activities in order to meet the sales forecasts accuracy and to participate in the business planning
Work collaboratively with Sales and Operations teams for achieving business and operational objectives through forecasting, stocks management, and demand planning,
Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements
Tracking quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, costs, and efficiency
Tracking of slow-moving, obsolete stock and returned stocks and ensuring optimum days of inventory
Ensuring that the logistics operations are carried out with optimum cost and to follow the continuous cost advantages
Benchmarking and implementation of good practices,
Reporting
Creating standard operating procedures
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering departments, Business Administration or Economics,
At least five years experience at Logistics, Warehouse ManagementExperience
Familiar with customs regulations
Experience in organizing and planning,
Problem-solving and organizational abilities
Curious, enthusiastic, rigorous
Flexible and open to new perspectives,
A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
Being open to communication
??Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
Excellent verbal and written skills in English
