QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Planning, executing; and monitoring logistics activities across the countries where Alchemlife is operating

  • Establishing and managing relations with contracted warehouses, carriers, customs brokers, contract manufacturing suppliers

  • Developing new projects to improve logistics processes, analyzing and reporting processes to improve financial and operational performance

  • Coordinate the supply chain activities by taking care of the optimization of flows and optimizing the countries stock level (where Alchemlife is operating) with the internal and external stakeholders

  • Coordinate the Demand Planning activities in order to meet the sales forecasts accuracy and to participate in the business planning

  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Operations teams for achieving business and operational objectives through forecasting, stocks management, and demand planning,

  • Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements

  • Tracking quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, costs, and efficiency

  • Tracking of slow-moving, obsolete stock and returned stocks and ensuring optimum days of inventory

  • Ensuring that the logistics operations are carried out with optimum cost and to follow the continuous cost advantages

  • Benchmarking and implementation of good practices,

  • Reporting

  • Creating standard operating procedures

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering departments, Business Administration or Economics,

  • At least five years experience at Logistics, Warehouse ManagementExperience

  • Familiar with customs regulations

  • Experience in organizing and planning,

  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Curious, enthusiastic, rigorous

  • Flexible and open to new perspectives,

  • A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,

  • Being open to communication

  • ??Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
