Bitron Turkey, currently looking for “Maintenance Chief” for Manisa plant.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from Electric – Electronics Engineering Departments of Universities,
- At least 5 years of experience in a production company for management of maintenance services,
- Fluent in English both written and verbal,
- Willing to work in a team and manage contractor companies,
- Experienced in Siemens S 7-1200/1500/300,
- Good knowledge of Omron, Keyence Camera Systems,
- B Class Driving License,
- Having, Systematic and analytical thinking, good communication skills and strong problem solving skills,
- Result oriented,
- Having Occupational Health and Safety mindset.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement maintenance operation strategies,
- Plan & lead the periodic maintenance operations and done the maintenance operations properly for the facility,
- Diagnosing breakdown problems and Eliminate losses and increase machine efficiencies,
- Follow up the maintenance processes and documentation
- Manages maintenance budget including monitoring inventory and expenses
- Support contract strategies and key operational support contracts.
- Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries/instruments to increase machine up time/ equipment reliability.
- Making calculations of productivity (MTTR, MTBF)
- Managing Maintenance team.
