QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering especially in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
- High sense of responsibility and taking initiative
- Analytical thinking, result oriented, fast in action with detailed planning
- Innovative and self-driven
- High competence in teamwork and communication
- Experience or willingness to learn glass business
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Good command of MS Office programs
- Driving license (class B) is required
- No travel restriction domestic and abroad
- Must to reside in Çerkezköy
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To perform root cause analysis of failures
- To ensure that TPM / Planned Maintenance processes are carried out in line with the company's goals and strategy
- Preparing and following up annual maintenance plans
- Keeping maintenance reports and recording all repair work carried out on the machine
- To monitor critical stocks and to determine spare parts to keep stock
- Preparing and monitoring annual maintenance budgets
- To monitor and report equipment energy resource consumption
- To support the purchasing process on technical issues
- To work to prevent repetition of chronic malfunctions, to support Lean Manufacturing processes, to ensure automation projects that increase productivity in production, to provide technical support to the project team
- To support the Occupational Health and Safety / EHS department, to lead the technical team by developing engineering / automation solutions to machinery at risk areas, to eliminate the risk areas that may cause work accidents in the machine and to reduce the risks to an acceptable level
