QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Objective
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for following procedures and working instructions to conduct all preventative maintenance activities. He/She plans and undertakes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, responds to breakdowns as soon as possible, diagnose faults and repair equipments. He/She is responsible for minimizing of defect number in task area and fulfilling the preventive maintenance activities completely and promptly.
Key Responsibilities And Tasks
- Providing the preventive maintenance activities,
- Forwarding the work field’s alterations and suggestions about administrative and technical subjects,
- Providing troubleshooting and fixing maintenance activities,
- Checking the maintenance staff,
- Checking versions, applications and updates,
- Status controlling and reporting,
- Checking of maintenance documentation,
- Fulfilling the duties of the maintenance department,
- Communicating with the Customer site staff about maintenance problems regularly.
Qualifications, Experience And Skills
- University degree in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics, Electronics, Electronics and Communication,Computer, Physics)
- At least 2 years of experience in railway signalization,
- Client oriented,
- Team-working skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Compatibility with flexible working hours and difficult conditions of site
- Able to work in very limited time and stressful conditions,
- Ability to work at night shifts
- Good command of English
- Willingness and acceptance to work with a one-year fixed term contract
