Roles and Responsibilities:
- The main purpose of the Maintenance Supervisor is to support the Maintenance Manager with introduction of new equipment, developing preventive maintenance plans, analyzing root-causes of equipment failures, and advice production teams on appropriate measures to minimize equipment failures and hereby maximize productivity
- Analyze root-causes of equipment failures, and advise maintenance and production teams on appropriate measures to minimize equipment failures
- Ensure proper documentation as required by LM Production System
- Support daily production, and participate actively in meetings
- Managing and leading Maintenance Technicians in the team
- Support the CI team with continuous improvement activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from the departments of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical & Electronical Engineering
- Min. 5 years of knowledge/experience in Facility and/or production area equipment’s Maintenance activities
- Knowledge/Experience in Polyester Mold Maintenance activities
- Good MS Office and ERP/MRP skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving aptitude
- Working experience in AXAPTA 12 is preferred
- Excellent command of both speaking and writing in English
- No military obligation for male candidates
Desired Qualifications:
- Applications from Bergama/Dikili/Aliağa and Ayvalık are preferred
