We are looking for a ‘Marketing Administrative Assistant’ for our international client, which operates in Biotechnology Industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field),
  • Minimum 2 years of job experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English (Writing-Speaking)
  • Good at MS Office programs
  • Excellent communication, coordination, convincing and representing skills
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Experience interacting with senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
  • Can work effectively cross-culturally to achieve objectives.

Job Description :

Provides administrative support for the Turkey marketing and sales team. Responsibilities include administrative support, meeting management, travel arrangements, congress organizations, purchase order, communication with marketing agency, management of the marketing materials, projects internal approval procedure and management of approval process and value transfer disclosure.
