The Marketing & Operations Specialist will be responsible for completing marketing and operations activities of the office simultaneously, while meeting high standards with maximum efficiency. A successful candidate is:

Essential duties and responsibilities
Marketing:
· Manage automated marketing retention programs, email drip campaigns.
· Announcement of the properties for sale in the advertisement portals, preparation of their presentations
· Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect the agent and their unique brand
· Design and order standard print collateral such as: business cards, flyers, all printed materials etc.
· Manage social media business pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
· Proactively create, edit, and schedule (in advance) engaging content for use daily across various social media channels. (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and real estate news)
Operations:
· Manage front office administration activities such as mail, supplies and opening and closing duties, monthly receipt and invoice tracking
· Follow-up of monthly and annual income and expense tables
· Produce regular, recurring reports for team leader and team members
Knowledge/Skills
· MS Products including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
· Demonstrable knowledge of social media platforms and their respective analytics
· CRM Platforms knowledge (e.g. Mailchimp)
· Design programs such as: Canva, Photoshop, etc.
· Smart phone capable
· Photography skills a plus
· Ability to re-prioritize throughout the day
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Calm under pressure, positive and team player
· Comfortable with direct, constructive criticism
· Learning based
· Administrative service and/or account management experience a plus
