Marketing Lead – Job Description


  • Analyzing how the brand is located in the market, examining the opinions of the targeted consumers, researching the opportunity areas and market trends for sales, offering suggestions. (Sales, market, competition and consumer analysis)
  • Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and market entry strategies. Accordingly, to ensure the development and implementation of a 1-year -360-degree marketing support calendar,
  • Performing profit and loss analysis, planning and actively performing marketing actions for new product launches in its category,
  • To be the ambassador of the brand inside and outside the company. To inform the relevant people regularly and to create a positive atmosphere around the brand. Presenting and promoting the company-brand's policies, plans and achievements to colleagues, consumers and customers,
  • Training the company sales team, customer sales team and company employees about the products,
  • To ensure that customer complaints are managed correctly and continuously investigate and evaluate problems,
  • Working regularly with public relations, design and advertising personnel or companies according to projects.
  • Build and support the marketing efforts of the brand's E-Commerce page
  • To support the marketing activities of the brand with e-market places,
  • To carry out all social media communication works of the brand with the agency
  • Managing new product launch activities,
  • Carrying out export marketing activities.
  • To be able to regularly report to the unit manager regarding current projects


Required Qualifications


. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, business, and/or relevant field of study

· 5+ years of relevant work experience in retail, FMCG or e-commerce business

· Proven ability to build, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing tools

· Experienced in new product launch activities,

· Support the brand’s marketing activities with e-market

· Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

· Responsible for product’s trainings

· Manage media communications with the agency

· Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization and gain support for initiatives

· Accomplished range of skills from strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution

· Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing business

· Excellent communication skills of written and spoken in English
