QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As Al Furat Paper Trading, one of the oldest companies in paper trading founded in 2000, the company has witnessed a successful journey in supplying all raw material, machinery, equipment with their accessories, and consumable items for paper mills, tissue converters, and hygienic manufacturers around the Middle East and continuing to do so.

In 2006, alongside its ongoing business with the paper trade, the company has entered the fairs sector as Al Furat Fair Organizer.
It has been the year when the pioneer Paper One Show exhibition and Paper One Show Symposiums were created. Throughout the years,
the Paper One Show exhibition has not only become one of the premier exhibitions of its kind but also attained a well-known reputation both around its region and the paper industry as well.

We are delighted to offer you the unique opportunity to join our organization Paper One Show as a Marketing Manager.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing the marketing strategies and plans of company events in line with company objectives.
  • Developing detailed marketing plans for all marketing channels and sales teams.
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future exhibitions.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
  • Tracks all marketing data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives.
  • Follow up consumer activities and global PR activities to strengthen the exhibitions.
  • Design and coordinate campaigns, events, projects, sponsorship, trade shows, and advertising activities.
  • Preparing the design and the content of the company website, catalog, and all other written and visual materials.
  • Monitoring social media activities and creating projects in social networks.
  • Prepare for and follow up internal and external fairs, conferences, trade shows, and all other organizations/events.
  • Communication and collaboration with global media partners for fairs, events, and trade shows.
  • Reports marketing and sales results to directors.


Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, international trade, or related field.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing

Experienced in;

- Trade shows,

- Trade organizations,

- Exhibitions,

is a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs,
  • Having no restriction to travel,
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is a must
  • Ability to work in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro knowledge and experience is a must)
  • Fluency in visual languages symbols, systems, graphic design, typography, images, interactions.
