QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for aMarketing Manager for our Group Companies which operate in Real Estate and Agriculture business. The position will be placed in Ataşehir / İstanbul.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant faculties of Universities,
- At least 5+ years of experience in similar positions, preferably in Real Estate Market,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (Essential skill - Candidates who do not meet this criterion will not be considered),
- Preferably good level of understanding of programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Video Applications,
- Having at least 3 years of experience in the field of Digital Marketing,
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing and current trends,
- Having information about SEM and SEO,
-Good understanding of metadata and search engine optimization of content,
-Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Facebook Campaign Manager,
-Good knowledge of onsite and offsite SEO factors is desired, - Experience of planning, creating and delivering customer communication plans and segmented multi-channel CRM campaigns (SMS, push notifications, e-mail etc.),
- Preferably having worked at Social Media or advertising agencies.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Manage and lead the team to fulfill the group company’s Marketing goals,
- Planning and execution of online campaigns,
- Conducting international and domestic digital marketing events and activities,
- Conducting SEO, SEM and E-Mail Marketing activities,
- Preparation and execution of domestic and international digital marketing and communication strategy by conducting competitor & sector analysis,
- Managing advertisements on digital and social media platforms,
- Monitoring, analyzing and reporting site traffic and visitor trends,
- Generating massive number of leads for the real estate sales team.
