QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration Departments or equivalent

· 5+ years experience in brand/product management, revenue management and marketing functions, preferably in B2B companies

· Knowledge of online marketing campaigns is a plus (paid search, display, social media marketing, remarketing, affiliate marketing, e-mail marketing campaigns)

· Analytical and innovative perspective

· Strong understanding of web & software technologies

· Excellent time, process and task management skills, good analytical skills

· Following new trends and goal oriented

· Strong organization, monitoring and reporting skills

· Excellent command of MS Office applications.


Responsibilities


· Prepare product acquisition and revenue management strategy in line with the market conditions & brand positioning and develop action plans quarterly/annually

· Design innovative campaigns to accelerate new customer acquisition, retention and revenue streams

· Serve as product expert and a key marketing strategist in the development of product value propositions, segmentation strategies, messaging and web content

· Identify and design key business processes and marketing strategies for rapidly expanding the targeted product offerings; develop and execute clear overall brand strategies and plans to meet targets/KPI’s

· Monitor and analyze market trends, sales activities and competition

· Assist in the development of strategic digital marketing initiatives and manage the contributions of all marketing resources, internal and external, to insure the continuity and effectiveness of those initiatives cooperating with digital marketing team

· Review, evaluate and measure all on and off air activity. Recommend improvements to innovate and optimize effectiveness of activity and company processes

· Manage all aspects of the marketing department’s targeted sales support tools including but not limited to brochures, case studies, website content, testimonials, email tracks, sell sheets, and demonstration materials

· Work closely with the sales team and business partners to determine required support materials and effective new tools for prospect communications

· Management of marketing budget, tracking expenditure etc.
