· Implements and complies with all D-Marin standard procedures and brand marketing activities.
· Develops direct marketing plans and targeted campaigns in cooperation with the Head of CX & Marketing.
· Oversees agency activities and drives brand awareness based on the D-Marin global standards.
· Analyses customer journeys and provides input on best practices in local marinas to enrich and improve customer experience.
· Assures that all local marketing efforts, social and digital, are effectively integrated to the company’s global marketing and selling initiatives.
· Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and project pipelines, including but not limited to marketing budget, NPS, customer data etc.
· Integrates new marinas into the company’s mission, vision and strategy and aligns marketing plans accordingly.
· Coordinates local PR, CSR/ESG and events.
· Creates a sustainable customer database and analyses customer data following GDPR, system and company’s requirements.
· Participates in local and global projects as instructed by the Head of CX and Marketing.
