QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for 'Materials and Procurement Sr. Engineer' for our growing organization, will take a role in supply chain department with the qualifications below;
- Graduated from related engineering department, especially in Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgy or Automotive Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience preferably from Tractor OEM/Automotive OEM/ Automotive Tier1 companies
- Fluent in English - both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- No military obligation for male candidates
- No restriction to travel
- Valid driving license and being active driver
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Good team player, self-diciplined, result-oriented with planing and organization skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills for supplier
Job Decription and Technical Qualifications
- Should have a sound knowledge of the Manufacturing and procurement Process of all commodities(Castings, sheet metals & proprietary parts).
- Workout the production plan based on the demand received from marketing team.
- Release production sequence month on month based on the parts/CKD availability.
- Create and release PO for all the Turkish Suppliers based on the production plan.
- Regular follow up with MDU/IBU for parts/CKD follow up, supplier follow up, plan for regular supplier visits and sign off the capacity for time to time based on the needs.
- Proactively manage supplier and TAFE relationship throughout the cycle.
- Visit supplier and follow up closely during crisis period.
- Ramp-up supplier capacity in line with Market needs
