QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in planning
- Experience in managing whole process from manufacturing plan to shipment
- Experience in manufacturing process such as machining,welding,contract manufacturing twisting,painting
- Experience in warehouse and stock management,
- Ability to use ERP programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Experienced in managing,
- Good Skills in cominication ,operational planning ,cordination ,problem solving
- Reporting and analysis skills,
- No restriction to travel
- No Military obligation for male canditates
- JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Preparing, following and reporting the production plan,
- Realizing the quality policy and quality targets in order to produce the company's products in accordance with customer requests and legal requirements,
- Realization of manufacturing competencies in coordination with the Business Development and Quality Assurance department,
- Making time and method improvements related to the products,
- Management of sheet metal manufacturing, cutting, bending, welding, mold, press, powder coating, assembly, production and planning processes,
- Identifying the problems that cause efficiency and productivity losses and taking necessary actions,
- Working in coordination with business development, sales and quality departments during the manufacturing process of new products,
- Reporting daily, weekly, monthly planning and production data and presenting action reports to the management within the scope of continuous improvement,
- Management of warehouse and stock management processes.
