Maxx Royal Kemer Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for ''MAXX ASSISTANT AGENT'' who has the following qualifications:

The MaxxAssistant Agent is an essential member of the MaxxAssistant Team, an enhanced Guest Relations Department, which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and personalized service to all our guests.

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to details and strong work ethics. Also, the ability to multitask and prioritize is essential for this highly demanding position.

The MaxxAssistant Agent is responsible for ensuring maximum guest recognition and satisfaction with a diligent focus on all Special Attention, First Timers, and Return Guests. The MaxxAssistant Agent will handle all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and hospitality by communicating and accommodating special requests, resolving guest issues and assisting with guest inquiries.

The MaxxAssistant Agent will review daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of all assigned guests (to include pre-arrival communication, check-in process, room orientation and set up).

He/She will also communicate and liaise closely with all operational departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Kitchen, Sports Academy, and others to ensure follow-up on any guest requests or feedback during the entire stay until departure.

He/She is expected to responds to a wide variety of guest requests, related to different departments, by accurately assessing the guest needs and adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.

The MaxxAssistant will be a willing team player who actively contributes to their team in order to complete tasks and meet guest expectations in a smooth, organized, and professional manner.

He/She must show high level of flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Successful candidates will join the team in April.


Preferred Qualifications And Skills

Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Tourism or Hospitality Management

Candidate must be fluent in English, Turkish and Russian, both verbal and written (Knowledge of other languages is an asset)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and by telephone

Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of the department

Strong organizational, planning and prioritizing skills and abilities

Ability to work effectively with people of different national and cultural backgrounds

Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adapt to changing conditions

Continuous standing for a long time during the shift
