QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidates should have the following experience and skills;
- University degree,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- At least 5 years of Customer Service and/or Sales Management and 3 years of Team Management experience,
- Experience in labelling and packaging industry is an asset,
- Has strong analytical thinking and planning competencies,
- Problem solving attitude and ability to multitask,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong and long-term customer relationships,
- Has strong leadership abilities and proven track record of demonstrating role model competencies for the team,
- Willingness to work under challenging circumstances and environment.
The candidates will be responsible for;
- Contributing to the growth and development of the company's turnover,
- Managing Brand Managers and Customer Services Executives,
- Identifying and implementing the correct mix of recruitment and selection, strategic direction, motivation, development of all staff,
- Conducting regular meetings with internal / external customers within the scope of Customer Service activities and making visits as required by business processes,
- Developing a high performance service culture within the company by allocating appropriate resources to achieve objectives and targets,
- Working in cooperation with other departments (production, planning, logistic) to produce permanent solutions to ensure customer satisfaction,
- Continuously review and improve existing processes to ensure relevance to the dynamic business environment with a view towards establishing and maintaining a competitive advantage,
- Ensuring maximum availability of work time in order to support the workload and standards required from the whole team.
