QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidates should have the following experience and skills;

  • University degree,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • At least 5 years of Customer Service and/or Sales Management and 3 years of Team Management experience,
  • Experience in labelling and packaging industry is an asset,
  • Has strong analytical thinking and planning competencies,
  • Problem solving attitude and ability to multitask,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong and long-term customer relationships,
  • Has strong leadership abilities and proven track record of demonstrating role model competencies for the team,
  • Willingness to work under challenging circumstances and environment.


The candidates will be responsible for;

  • Contributing to the growth and development of the company's turnover,
  • Managing Brand Managers and Customer Services Executives,
  • Identifying and implementing the correct mix of recruitment and selection, strategic direction, motivation, development of all staff,
  • Conducting regular meetings with internal / external customers within the scope of Customer Service activities and making visits as required by business processes,
  • Developing a high performance service culture within the company by allocating appropriate resources to achieve objectives and targets,
  • Working in cooperation with other departments (production, planning, logistic) to produce permanent solutions to ensure customer satisfaction,
  • Continuously review and improve existing processes to ensure relevance to the dynamic business environment with a view towards establishing and maintaining a competitive advantage,
  • Ensuring maximum availability of work time in order to support the workload and standards required from the whole team.
