Skills & Experience

• Responsible for reporting work to management

• Graduate preferably Business Administration, International Trade or related fields

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English

• Computer proficiency in MS Office Applications

• Organization and analytical thinking ability

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience

• No military obligation for male candidates

• Result-orientation

• Forward thinking

• Team working ability

• Flexible & customer focused

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experienced in reporting & advanced knowledge excel is preferred


Job Description

The incumbent will be Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, and will be contributing to all operations such as:

• Creating customer complaint forms and share with relevant departments

• Measuring customer satisfaction

• Daily contact with the customers & replying requests

• Attending customer regular meetings & follow up the new projects together with the teams
