- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English
- Ability of quick responding and building strong relationships with the customers
- Preferably Dutch or German as a second language
- Proactive with very strong communication , negotiation and analytical skills
- Very well organized and strong daily follow up skills
- Experience in office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint

JOB DESCRIPTION- Communication with the customers about collection, sampling, production and shipment processes
- Working on critical path and managing all collection & production progresses with the customers
- Translating all the sample comments (Development Sample, Salesmen Sample, Size Set, Pre- Production Sample, Production Sample )
- following up the customer approvals and feedbacks - providing the information flow to the sampling and production departments
- Following the customer demands and complaints and finding solutions.
