QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a “New Products Project Engineer” for our Bursa/Orhangazi Plant, and We’re waiting for the application of the candidates providing the following qualifications:
- Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering is a must,
- Having an Experience of Project Management and machining methods,
- Preferably, Machining Plant Experience,
- Can use good level of Siemens NX12, Creo, Catia, Solidworks
- Knowledge of Machine (turning and milling), cutting tools, fixture and measuring devices
- Having an ability to understand and evaluate technical documents (2D drawing etc.)
- Knowledge in quality methods (PPAP, APQP, 8D)
- Good at MS Office,
- Upper-intermediate level of English, at least,
- Having strong communication skills, ready to teamwork,
- For male candidates having completed military service
- Residing or can reside in Bursa, Orhangazi, Gemlik or Yalova.
Job Description:
- (S)he will take part in a quotation, new project implementation and modification phases
- RFQ; capacity, investment and cost calculation based on customer technical data’s (evaluation of technical drawings, 3D data, specifications, special requirements etc.)
- Decision making of proper CNC machine, tool selection, measuring equipment and fixture design.
- Following the progress throughout the project, ensuring interdepartmental coordination,
- To report regularly to the supervisor and the customer.
- Ensuring all activities are done according to cost, quality and timing targets.
