REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a "Project Engineer" with the following characteristics to be employed at our ORAU Karacabey factory.
- University degree in Engineering Departments (Preferred Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering etc. ),
- Speaks Turkish & English fluently is a must. (Knowing French is an advantage ).
- Two years of experience in engineering positions, preferable in project department and in automotive industry,
- Good communication skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills.
- High analytical mind,

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Increase the product & process feasibility by teamwork with Product Designer
- Project Planning with Plant and Global functions
- PSW Coordination with OEM and within plant
- Design Change Management , BOM
- RFQ feasibility and study
- Prototype production
- Create work instructions
- Deviation Process
- Execute the project(s) within the defined targeted outcomes, such as schedule, scope and quality, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Act as key point of contact other parts of organization and the customer for the project.
