GENEL NİTELİKLER
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· Graduation from Mechanical or Automotive Engineering Departments (Master and Doctor graduation is an asset)
· Experience in automotive/rubber sector in similar position (over 5 years is asset)
· Knowledge in antivibration products and antivibration production processes
· Knowledge in project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
· Good English in both written and spoken communication (German language is preferred)
· Good interpersonal skills
· No military obligation for male candidates
· No obligation to have business trips domestically and abroad
· Dynamic and open minded
· Ability to work in an international environment
· Good knowledge in the use of statistical analyses.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in project management, leadership and teamwork.
· Excellent communication, presentation and conflict management skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Carrying-out and organizing APQP activities from scratch until SOP
· Planning of projects and risk estimations against possible delays in the course of project progress
· To ensure the safe course of project flow according to agreed project plan
· Design and perform initial sample tests
· Organize/participate internal and external meetings
· Coordination of other related departments (Purchasing, tool manufacturing, quality, production, logistics, finance) in the course of Project Progress
· Preparation of all related quality documentation together with quality department.
· Submission of PPAP documentation
· To follow the progress at customer side after the submission of initial samples
· To participate in FMEA studies
· To carry out all activities in the orientation of customers
