QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a colleague in the position of Non-Aero Analyst to work in the Strategic Planning and Risk Management Department of our company! Our expectations from candidates who will work in this positionare:
- Holds a bachelors degree in business administration, economics, finance etc. or engineering degree with an MBA
- Experience with large sets of data and meaningful extractions for valuable information to enable rational business decisions
- Minimum 2 years of performance monitoring experience in either airport, shopping center management, retailing or rental company.
- Preferably experience with Big data tools (Cognos, Microstrategy etc.),
- High commercial awareness,
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken- Position requires active English skills)
- Good command on MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint command is a must)
- Eagerness to learn and inclined to teamwork.
- Competent in analysing complex quantitative and qualitative information.
- Deadline, delivery and performance oriented.
- High level of communication skills, dedication and responsibility
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- In accordance with the targets of the Strategy planning division;
- Tracking the existing initiatives of the other divisions to ensure the overall goals are achieved.
- Being the champion of the big data tool reports on the business side.
- Working with large sets of numerical data and extracting from them valuable information about the company's revenue that management can use to make business decisions.
- Analyzing and drawing conclusions from examining strictly company data.
- Delivering data-driven management reports related to daily commercial activities of the airport.
- Using SAP RE (ERP Suite on HANA), IBM Cognos, MS Office Suite for revenue analyses of various commercial items
- Duties involve but not limited to doing ad hoc analyses and specific projects related to the commercial & strategic non-aero activities aiming to drive revenue and operational efficiency.
