We are seeking a Customer Insight & Data Analytics Specialist to join ourMarketing team who will:


  • Be the analytical partner for the key stakeholders in other departments (CRM, Marketing, as well as Senior Executives), promoting data driven decision making, and also provide ad hoc information and insights.
  • Deliver advanced analytical projects within a fast moving environment.
  • Apply data to areas such as campaign analysis, behavioral segmentation, churn modelling, ROI, and A/B testing.
  • Extract and analyse very large and multi-dimensional data sets, work closely with internal units to drive insights and produce more efficient and effective strategic decisions.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports for the team in addition to creating documentation and presentations for regular reviews.
  • Identify key business trends, issues and opportunities and assist in formulating strategies to address at the customer.
  • Understand our customers and their behaviours in order to increase engagement, build stronger relationships and improve revenue and profitability.


Who has the below qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in related fields, master degree is a plus.
  • Work experience in marketing analytics, data analytics.
  • Passion for learning, investigating and data-driven decision making that shapes a holistic view of our business with consideration for all aspects of the customer experience and customer service.
  • Experience in data analysis and with one or more statistical software languages/applications (SAS, SQL etc).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Experience in structuring data to test hypotheses and develop key insights for marketing and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people, both written and orally.
  • Ability to see the "big picture", evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritize among many requests.
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
