Nusr-Et Steakhouse which has brought a pleasant and tasty new interpretation to the steakhouse culture since the day of its establishment and achieved a world wide fame; is looking for a Sushi Chef with a strong knowledge and understanding of Japanese ingredients and food culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preparing sushi of the finest quality in a high-end, high-volume kitchen
• Excellent knife and food preparation skills
• Attention to detail and a passionate personality
• Able to work creatively in a high-paced atmosphere
• Innovative, creative and flexible approach to traditional cuisines
