QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
To arrange end to end outbound FCL operations. Sends offer, collects booking confirmation and provides information flow among all stakeholders including invoicing with:
- Minimizing sick files
- Timestamps Completeness & Timeliness
- To take GP responsibility on file basis.
- Use auto rate and costing
- Correct GP
- To analyze customer’s needs and expectations and offer suitable solutions.
- To keep customer satisfaction at highest level.
- Works in line with SOP’s and COP’s prepared for related customer
- To take commercial responsibility for assigned customers by:
- Send Quotations using Quoteshop
- Churn Follow up
- Up & Cross Selling
- Customer Visits
- Interacts with OCC & PCM, Finance, Sales and other related cross function when required.
- Perform tasks as per OFR FCL Export Manager’s instructions
- Works in line with DHL rules and standards
- Bachelor Degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience on ocean freight operations.
Good English skills, both written and spoken.
Good use of Microsoft Office skills.
Strong communication, coordination and organization skills.
Customer focused, excellent team player.
Rigorous, careful and solution focused.
No military service obligation for male candidates.
