General Qualifications:
• Undergraduate and/or postgraduate graduation from the relevant departments of universities
• Minimum 2 years of experience in import and export operations
• Knowledge and experience in Free Zone legislation (preferred).
• Knowledge of foreign trade legislation and customs procedures,
• Advanced level of spoken and written English,
• Ability to use SAP and MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical and proactive problem solving skills, result and detail oriented, strong follow-up and reporting,
• Inclined to teamwork,
• Time management, planning and organizational skills,
• Have verbal and written communication skills,
• Will be able to carry out intensive logistics processes,
• Completion of military service for male candidates.
Job Description:
• Preparation of import and export documents, transactions, analysis and reports, completion and follow-up of customs procedures
• Opening the Free Zone Transaction Form for materials to be entered from within the country and informing the customs officer to follow up the transactions at the Zone Directorate,
• Carrying out Maintenance-Repair-Calibration (internal operation) or exiting for return purposes and informing the relevant units,
• Obtaining the documents from the customs officer in order to complete the import-export process, closing the files with the necessary documents.
• Making the shipment records of the materials whose shipment and customs procedures have been completed, to the relevant systems,
• Ensuring communication with suppliers, forwarders and customs agents,
• Carrying out a freight search and presenting the information to the supervisor.
• Supporting the preparation of sales, returns, equipment, scrap invoices and electronic invoices
• Taking and tracking SAP records (Info records) related to Foreign Logistics processes.
• Follow-up, control and measurement of the performance of the transporters related to the Foreign Logistics processes.
