QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Office Assistant who will be responsible general office procedures and administrative guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the office phone, manage and track mail, cargo traffic, follow incoming mail, cargo and documents to transmit to the related person,
  • Handle documents, papers, invoices in file and folders, handle the archive procedures in the office and keeping them ready for use when needed,
  • Provide office layout, determine the general needs of the office, make purchasing requests in line with these needs (stationery, kitchen, etc.).
  • To support the sales, administration and finance people and supporting of preparation of reports, documents when needed
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Good team player with strong problem solving skills

Requirements

  • Experience in team assistance
  • Experience in sales, administration and finance people and supporting of preparation of reports, documents
  • Able to speak English and S/he should be results proactive and reliable.
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Possesses effective listening and questioning skills
