QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Office Assistant who will be responsible general office procedures and administrative guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Answer the office phone, manage and track mail, cargo traffic, follow incoming mail, cargo and documents to transmit to the related person,
- Handle documents, papers, invoices in file and folders, handle the archive procedures in the office and keeping them ready for use when needed,
- Provide office layout, determine the general needs of the office, make purchasing requests in line with these needs (stationery, kitchen, etc.).
- To support the sales, administration and finance people and supporting of preparation of reports, documents when needed
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Good team player with strong problem solving skills
Requirements
- Experience in team assistance
- Experience in sales, administration and finance people and supporting of preparation of reports, documents
- Able to speak English and S/he should be results proactive and reliable.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Possesses effective listening and questioning skills
