We are looking for a Online Sales Manager who must possess:
The E-commerce Manager will manage and oversee hotel e-commerce maximizing online revenue and profitability and ensure that the hotel is aligning with e-commerce strategies. Verify the hotel is fully activated and optimized their presence on approved Internet e-Channels. (Hotel Web Site. OTA's. CDS. CRS. Metasearch and etc.) Provide e-commerce communication, reporting and analysis. Study and suggest new technology projects.
Education and Experience
4-year bachelor's degree in eCommerce. Reve¬nue. Hotel Management, or related major: 5 years experience in the ecommerce/Revenue or related professional area. Create and execute online marketing strategies and tactics to drive revenue for the hotel, grow online bookings for groups. Meetings Business, reporting and analytics. Create and execute eChannels strategy, supervise rates and audit content and images. Manage hotel online reputation, drive more traffic and revenue from social media. Study and evaluate viability of new internal technology projects.
