GENEL NİTELİKLER
MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Learn all plans, procedures, work instructions and handbooks of the operation department, such as Emergency Action Plan, Traffic Management Plan, Incident Intervention Procedure, Tunnel Routine Maintenance Procedures, HSE Rules, and following all the operational activities of the department according to this documentation
- Examine the reports and visuals of the completed events, within the framework of written instructions and procedures, and to report them in terms of OHS and general work quality.
- Organize and perform trainings for the relevant operations personnel (Operation Team Leaders, patrols, control operators) by preparing Lecture Learned presentations and supporting the management in these matters.
- Follow up the process development projects of the Operations Department
- Ensure that all documentation of Operation department is updated,
- Support the preparation and implementation of annual shift, training and drill plans for the operations team
- Prepare various routine or on-demand reports for the department
- Manage the entire work permit process together with the HR, Quality & OHS-E department, supporting the provision of a safe working environment for ETİ personnel and Subcontractors during maintenance works
- Act with environmental awareness and to ensure that all environmental events are recorded according to the procedures and then the necessary follow-up works are carried out.
- Support Operations & Maintenance engineer when necessary,
- Monitor traffic and security situation of tunnels and ring roads, and the general safety of the administration and additional buildings, and to inform the senior management about these issues as necessary,
- Support Operations Team Leaders, Patrols and Traffic Control Operators when necessary,
- Comply with OHS rules and procedures, Company's Human Resources policies and Code of Ethics.
- Comply with the relevant procedures, instructions and other legal requirements of all certified management systems.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree from Transportation Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering departments of universities
- Preferably experienced in operating SCADA or similar distributed control and monitoring systems,
- Advance English level is a must
- At least 5 years of similar business management experience (Automotive and Transportation sectors are preferred),
- Interested in Traffic and Security management,
- Ability to work in a stressful work environment
- Ability to make fast and correct decisions during heavy traffic periods,
- Demonstrate practical and rational actions in emergencies
- Teamwork prone, strong communication skills, a can-do, agile approach and innovation-oriented
- Being familiar with computer applications and being able to learn quickly,
- Ability to think analytically (preferably 6-Sigma experience),
- Active driver
