QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Located in Çiğli, Izmir Turkey, MP Technic is a corporate company providing production support, technical service, spare parts and innovative solutions globally for cigarette industry.
As MP Technic, we are looking for a "Operation Specialist" who will be able to meet following qualifications for our Sales and Operation division located in Çiğli, İzmir.
- University degree in engineering
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Preferably 5 years experience
- No restriction in travelling
- Strong planning, organizing, following up and reporting, analytical thinking, communication and problem solving skills
- Customer focused and able to create customer centric solutions
- Dynamic and cooperative team player
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To increase the sales by conducting research in his/her responsible region and existing and potential customers
- Making a visit plan with Operation Sales Manager and realizing activities
- Follow-up and be accountable for cash collection and work in coordination with Finance for regular cash collection
- Ensure customer satisfaction and ?inform relevant people when necessary
- Find new potential customers and improve relationship
- Having full understanding and follow ups on/of project time plan
- Having close collaboration with project teams
- To provide support to all internal stakeholders during the commissioning of the projects
- Being accountable for overall business including large scale projects in his/her respective region
