QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Customer Services Manager to work at the Headquarters of our company, which provides industrial, medical and special gas supply in more than 30 production and distribution regions in 12 countries in the Middle East and in the Izmir / Sakarya facilities or Headquarter in İstanbul;
Criteria :
- University Business Administration, Economics graduate,
- Proficient in CRM / ERP customer service programs,
- Worked in industrial gas or similar industries,
- Min. 8 years of experience,
- Strong management and coordination skills
- Will work KPI-oriented,
- Conversational level of English,
Job description :
Lead customer representative team members at various sites for delivering an high guality service, manage end-to-end process from order to delivery and all thr ERP, manage filing, archiving all contracts and remind sales teams pro-actively to act before contract maturity date,
