QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
ISS Global Forwarding is growing day by day by providing services in regional and global markets. We are looking for a passionate "Operstion Specialist" who will join our team in Land Transport departement within our head office in Istanbul.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or similar field of studies,
- Advanced level of English,
- Having a minimum 3 years of logistics experience for roadfreight export/importoperation.(FTL-LTL-Intermodal etc)
- Preferably experienced forwarder,
- Analytical and problem solving oriented,
- Good command of MS Office programs,
- Military service completed (for male candidates),
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Execution, monitoring and reporting of operational and documentation processes,
- Customer focus, satisfaction & continuity of the customers,
- Provide follow-up, management and coordination of the services provided to the customer,
- Provide feedback to the relevant departments to increase the service quality for the customer,
Guiding and following logistics and transportation organizations,
Prepare documentation for all the operational process,
Follow up and approve customer & supplier shipment invoices
